Our private dining menus are always created with the seasons, the availability of excellent produce and therefore are ever changing.

• Or choose The Library for a smaller intimate gathering of up to 30 guests.
• The Oak Room opened in May 2005 will cater for up to 200.
• Our lounge?will be made available to meet your guests for private pre-dinner drinks to enjoy a champagne & canape reception.
• Well balanced & individually chosen menus from Paul Cookson and his brigade are available for you to choose from. Alternatively you may wish Paul to individually design a bespoke menu for your occasion.
• Advice from Charles Brierley on matching fine wines to compliment your meal will enhance your special evening offering combinations that will inspire and create a truly memorable occasion.
